JAMES QUISH

Founder & CEO of Integrated Building Services

Jim has 25 years of experience; providing environmental and facilities solutions to federal, state, and municipal clients as well as private industry and universities.

Jim is owner and General Manager of Integrated Building Services.· In this capacity he is driving the company into the world of sustainable green technologies and integrated energy management.· The structure being used is the Network Model of environmental and concept professionals.· As a part of this vision, IBS has become the distributor for multiple wind, solar and energy efficient products. However IBS is far more than a product vendor. IBS is an innovative think tank of network professionals who all have one common goal – to create energy in the most cost efficient and clean way possible.

SUSAN K. STOKES

Susan K. Stokes is a Renewable Energy Insurance and Risk Management professional with a wealth of Renewable Energy expertise.· Susan created and headed up the Marsh & McClellan Renewable Energy Initiative in the Americas.·

Currently Susan is Marketing Manager for Integrated Building Services.· In this capacity she is responsible for the development of new business and financial strategies.· Financial strategy includes but is not limited to assisting clients to obtain state and federal loans and grants.· This process incorporates coordinating with the Clean Energy Efficiency Fund and utility managed programs. Susan also provides tax credit or rebates information that is relevant for each particular project.

PETER VAN GELDERN

Peter Van Geldern is a Sustainable Design Professional with over 25 years of experience in architecture, innovation consulting, design, project management and new media. Peter has become a multi-disciplinary leader in fields such as strategic business planning, green building and energy efficiency, building information modeling (BIM) and integrated design, town planning & project pitching, community supported agriculture (CSA) farming, and cause-based organizational development.

Peter Van Geldern is also an expert in branding, web and graphic design, and social media marketing.· Throughout his career Peter has started and run several businesses such as Idea Agents, an innovation agency, Synergy Group, a new media and event production company, Eco Smart Homes LLC, a green home design / build firm, and Peace University, an online education portal, to name a few.

From a project history standpoint, Peter Van Geldern participated in the numerous city RFP’s such as Bridgeport Steel Point, worked with the Natural energy Lab of Hawaii in the design of sustainable fisheries, provided site supervision on a $13M private residence renovation and designed numerous other green residential architectural projects.

As the co-founder of the Shades of Green Network, the green economy network, and partner in princetongreen.org, Peter has created the New Model whereby Integrated Building Services has a virtual team of leading green energy professionals across the country who can access investment and funding sources, on-line educational and marketing services, the latest in new technologies, as well as a wealth of intellectual capital for sustainable design.

RADU POPESCU

Radu Popescu is a Business Development and Finance Professional who has developed a passion for energy conservation and renewable energy. Radu Popescu brings to Integrated Building Services a unique set of skills encompassing formal training in civil engineering, energy saving strategies (BPI certificates), Business Administration (MBA), and sales.

Born and raised in Romania, Radu has vast leadership skills and experience. Radu has presented energy related topics at various international conferences, accompanied the Romanian Prime Minister on official business, proposed changes in the OIL LAW, evaluated bid proposals for Amoco and Lukoil, and structured financing for large plant renovations.

Currently Radu is actively assisting Integrated Building Services in their Business Development and Energy Efficiency Operations. With his unique combination of skills, Radu is able to be an· on-site technical energy advisor for IBS, as well as a developer of financial analytical tools for the company.

PAUL HANSEN

Paul Hansen began his career in 1970 with Norwich-Eaton Pharmaceuticals (now Proctor and Gamble Pharmaceuticals).For over 15 years, he held positions of increasing responsibility with his final two positions being Director of Hospital and Government Sales and Group Marketing Director. In 1985, he entered the pharmaceutical and medical advertising business and held senior management positions at Lally, McFarland & Pantello (now Euro RSCG), Lowe McAdams and Ketchum Healthcare Communications (now Omnicom) as Senior Vice President, Executive Vice President and President/COO. Major clients included J&J, Glaxo, Wyeth, and Sanofi.

In 1995, he joined TeleSession Corporation, a leading marketing communications company, as President/CEO, and led that company until its sale in 2009.

Currently Paul has joined Integrated Building Services as an Energy Advisor and Client Communications Advisor.· In his capacity as an Energy Advisor, Paul is expanding the reach of IBS through the networking model of Princeton Green. In his role of Client Communications Advisor, Paul maximizes the public relations and branding opportunities that Integrated’s clients reap from their green business practices.·

CHRIS MADDEN

Chris Madden has over 25 years of construction experience with a particular expertise in decorative concrete.· His concrete work includes but is not limited to corporate in ground logos, swimming pool restoration, high end counter tops, and decorative flooring.· Chris is not your usual contractor.· He provides creative solutions and assists in the design and renovation of structures.· Chris has supervised the operations of specialized commercial projects, as well as worked with individual home owners.· Some of Chris experience is highlighted below.

• Installation of over 500 in-ground pools
• Required waterproofing contractor for the Westfield Malls in Meridan and Milford
• Major decorative concrete work at Mohegan Sun
• Swimming pool restoration at the Coast Guard Academy
• Decorative floor installation at the corporate headquarters of Agar Supply
• Specialty floor design at the corporate headquarters of Interlusion
• Concrete work at Bobby Q’s restaurant in Westport, CT.

Chris is the Director of Operations for Integrated Building Services.· In this capacity he will provide the necessary hands on field supervision for on-going projects.· With Chris’ combination of managerial and practical construction experience, IBS provides added value engineering and construction operations.

Executive Assistant

The Executive Administrator for Integrated Building Services is a dedicated and technically skilled business professional with talents as an executive assistant, office manager, and marketing assistant.

Chad Rose has over 30 years experience working with Information Technology. He currently works with small and medium size businesses and organizations providing technical support and training for Microsoft Office and QuickBooks software. Chad also assists companies with e-marketing, e-commerce, website design and hosting.

Chad is working with IBS Green to enhance their Information Systems, provide training, and maintenance  for this website.
