As an affiliate of UtiliTech IBS offers FREE utility bill auditing.  We employ systematic account review, audit, and analysis of your electric, gas, water, sewer, phone, IT, and wireless bills. 

LED Program: 

 IBS will provide or provide and install replacement LED Bulbs which will reduce total lighting energy use by an average of 66 % and finance the retrofit through the cost savings making the investment revenue neutral for 3 years and provide a 66% cost savings for 2 additional years.
